NOSi, Canada

Registration Status: Completed

Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine if Nitric Oxide Sinus irrigation (NOSi) rinse is effective as a treatment for Biofilm-Associated Recalcitrant Chronic Rhinosinusitis as compared to a standard of care control. Collection of samples for biomarker research is also part of this study.Samples will be stored and analysis will be performed on biomarker variants thought to play a role in sinusitis including, but not limited to, specific candidate genes/genome-wide analysis for RNA, serum analytes, or tissue biomarkers to evaluate their association with observed clinical responses to NOSi. This blood may be used for further cytokine/chemokine evaluation, if needed to determine safety, of the Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP)
