Canadian Fontan Biobank, Canada

Objective: Canadian adults living with congenital heart disease are a growing, diverse, and complex population. Specifically, individuals who have had a Fontan procedure are living into adulthood and present with new, complex cases to clinics across Canada. The Fontan Biobank collects blood and urine samples from this population to better understand underlying comorbidities and predict future risk.
