HIL – Human Insight Israel, Israel

Registration Status: Completed

Objective: Human Insight Israel (HIL) is an Israel Innovation Authority–funded national biobank capturing clinical and large-scale proteomic data at the Emergency Department timepoint, across three Israeli hospitals. The program is led by MeMed Diagnostics and aims to enroll 10,000 patients stepwise by clinical domain (2,000 per domain), starting with acute infectious diseases. Plasma samples undergo deep proteomic profiling, paired with harmonized clinical data. HIL is designed to lower the barrier to early-stage proteomic discovery in acute care, a setting under-represented in existing biobank infrastructure.
